CLIVATECH®, in pursuing the objectives of its activity, has decided to implement a quality system integrated with the safety management system.
The company is certain of being able to count on the personal participation of all its employees to create and apply its own quality and safety management system as a valid and current tool of competitiveness, now essential for the level of customers to whom we propose every day.
The company management makes known this document, which it has distributed to all the subjects of the company, to those who work on its behalf and to anyone interested, so that it can be disseminated for information.
To ensure full customer satisfaction, we have adopted a quality management system that was certified in 2003 according to Standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 for the design, installation and maintenance of residential and industrial electric systems.
In 2009, we adapted to the Standard update in the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 edition. Today, we continue with our project.
In order to expand the range of services offered to our customers, in 2011 the company implemented the management system for safety and health in the workplace according to Standard BS OHSAS 18001:2007.
This new tool plays a major role for both our company and for our customers, since dealing with problems pertaining to the quality of life and safety in the workplace in a coordinated way represents a chance to reconcile the development, productivity and motivation of personnel.
